Staying home? Ski at Weston during our regular practice times. Some countries are having practice or you can ski with your families.

Today is wax and pack day. Please come to the wax tent 5-6pm to clean your skier's skis and have new wax applied, then you scrape and brush. Is this painful and time consuming? Yes. But skiing at Weston is dirty and we want clean skis to race.

Next week we break for public school vacation week. After this Saturday, there are no scheduled practices until 2/28, but your individual coach may offer a country practice. Try to find some snow and ski - either at Weston during our regular practice times or up north.

Participation in the time trial is optional, and we can use secondary methods of selecting relay partners including input from their country coach and requests for friends to be partners. Don't forget our first Wednesday evening practice (in the dark) is usually only after we have a Saturday on-snow practice. Our first on-snow practice can be a bit stressful and daylight helps.

Join us at Lincoln Sudbury Regional High School Sunday April 2nd 4:30-6:30 for our closing banquet. We'll share season highlights and recognize our graduating athletes and coaches.

Saturday March 10th is our last club practice: Games Day - skate

Join us for team pictures, games, and an 8th grade graduates (and 7th graders joining Juniors) ski-down. We realized it is too early for pizza but this day is always a hit.

Games start at 8:30 for the entire club.

The day will end with our graduates "skiing-down" at about 10:15. Please come cheer!

Wednesday March 8th - all club (except USA) practice 6:30-7:30, skate. Skiers with rentals, you do not have to return skis until Monday March 13th. But you need to remove all kick wax and klister from your skis. If you were at Festival, come today 5-6:30 or at least 30 minutes early on Wednesday to clean your skis.

Thursday 3/2 - No practice - its packing day!

Bring skis to be waxed 5-7pm. All skis should be labeled, waxed, scraped, and brushed before leaving for Vermont.

Interested in joining Juniors? Our annual ski-up night for 13 and 14 yr olds potentially interested in EMXC Jrs will be Wednesday March 8th during our regular practice time. On-snow practice (if snow) and pizza and a chance to meet athletes and coaches. Parent Q&A.

Think Snow! Our first practice is this Saturday December 3rd. As it is too warm to make snow, we are planning a dry land practice.

Start times: Scandinavia (returning skiers) 8:15am, USA (7-year-olds) 8:45, Everyone Else 8:30. Head coaches will email each training group, so please check your email for more information.

Join us for our Season Opener this Sunday 10:30-12:30 at Lincoln Sudbury High School. We'll be outside so dress for the weather! Bring a dessert or side salad and used gear or clothes for the swap n' sale. Youth will have a dryland practice, new families an orientation, followed by an all-club pizza lunch.

Registration for EMXC Youth's 2022-2023 season is now open for returning families, and general registration opens on October 10. We have had to close registration early for the last few seasons due to high demand, so we encourage you to register early to avoid being waitlisted. As a reminder, active NENSA membership is a prerequisite for registration.
