The annual BKL Festival, the season finale for our youth skiers, will take place March 1-2, 2025 at Quarry Road Trails in Waterville, ME
Please plan to arrive the evening of Friday February 28th so you're ready for the early start Saturday morning.
What is the BKL Festival?
It's a fun and inclusive event featuring relay and individual races by age group, as well as an engaging, fun, and educational mix of non-racing activities that all can enjoy.

Each year, a different New England Nordic Ski Association Bill Koch Youth Ski League club hosts. Our host this year is the Quarry Road Ski Club.
Who can attend?
Skiers through 8th grade can participate.
How and when do we register?

Deadlines:
- January 15, 2025 - to be guaranteed your skier gets a Festival T-shirt
- Friday, Feb 21, 2025 at 5:00 PM ET is the online registration deadline
You'll need the following information to register:
- NENSA membership number (same one you used to register for EMXC)
- You'll be asked to indicate your New England district. EMXC is part of EAMA.
Where should we stay?
The Quarry Road BKL team shared a list of hotel options in the Waterville/Augusta area. At this time, we do not recommend staying at the The Best Western or Fireside hotels.
Will there be a team dinner?
We're working on plans for a team dinner Saturday March 1st. Stay tuned for details.
